Every build cleans up in stages. Take the phase you need, or hand us all three.
Phase 2
Final clean
After the finish trades are out. Drywall dust off every surface, labels and stickers removed, fixtures and cabinetry detailed, glass cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped. This is the clean that makes a space look finished.
Phase 3
Touch-up clean
Right before the walkthrough or closing. Settled dust, fingerprints, and anything the punch list crew left behind, so the buyer or tenant sees the space exactly the way you intended.

How soon can you clean after construction finishes?
Usually within a few days, and often sooner for a job already on our schedule. Tell us your closing or walkthrough date and we will work backward from it.
Do you handle all three phases or just the final clean?
Either. Many builders book only the final clean, but rough and touch-up cleans are available, and bundling them usually prices better than booking them separately.
How is post-construction cleaning priced?
By square footage, the phase or phases you need, and the condition of the site, which is why we quote it after a walkthrough instead of from a calculator. You get a written bid before we start, with no surprises.
Do you remove construction debris?
We haul out job-site trash and light debris as part of the clean. Heavy material, large volumes, or anything needing a dumpster or special disposal is quoted separately so you see the cost up front.
Are you insured for job sites?
Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance for your file before we arrive on site.
Can you work around our trades?
Yes. We schedule around the trades still working, including evenings and weekends when the timeline calls for it.
