Our Services

We provide residential, commercial, and vacation-rental cleaning services in West Michigan. The specific scope of each job is agreed upon in your quote or service plan. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide and the condition of the space. If actual conditions differ significantly from what was described, we may adjust the price and will discuss any change with you before proceeding. Prices are subject to change for ongoing services with reasonable notice.

Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

You are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the space to be cleaned. If we are unable to access the space at the scheduled time, a fee may apply. We ask that you give us reasonable advance notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We will extend the same courtesy to you whenever possible.

Payment

Payment is due as outlined in your quote or service agreement. Recurring services do not require a long-term contract and may be paused or cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee covers re-cleaning and does not constitute a cash refund unless otherwise agreed.

Insurance & Liability

Dust Busters Cleaning is fully insured. While we treat every space with care, to the fullest extent permitted by law our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that are not disclosed as fragile or valuable.

Your Responsibilities

To help us do our best work, we ask that you:

• Secure or set aside fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items
• Inform us of any hazards, special instructions, or sensitive surfaces
• Provide a safe working environment for our crew
