operates the Dustbusters.cleaning website (the “Service”).

Use of the Service
The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Service.
Booking and Payment
To book a cleaning service, you must provide us with accurate information, including your name, email address, location, and any specific cleaning requests.
We reserve the right to modify pricing for our services at any time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to inform you of any price changes before your cleaning appointment.
Payment for cleaning services is due at the time of service. We accept Cash,Check,Credit Cards,ACH transfers.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your cleaning appointment with at least 4 hours notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will be subject to a $50 fee.
We reserve the right to cancel your cleaning appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment or provide a full refund.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Service for any reason, at any time, without notice.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
